We purchased the 1875 House as a dilapidated two-family that suffered from a long list of bad ideas. Many of the original features were lost and a we have discovered a few remnants of the original house during the renovation process. It’s currently a work in progress and gives us a proving ground to test our ideas on how new architecture co-exists with historic buildings.
